In recent years, with the progress of irrigation and water-saving renovation projects, anti-seepage materials such as geomembrane pond liner have been widely used for agricultural water containment project.

HDPE geomembrane is made of 100% raw material hdpe which is imported from USA company in Middle East. After testing,the quality meets the ASTM standard completely.(0.5 or 0.75mm-thickness is used for pond liner,1.5mm-thickness is used for landfill,2.0mm-thickness is used for dam liner.)

Irrigation water storage is manufactured with the high density polyethylene resin and specially formulated and preferred product for anti seepage lining projects.  GERUI adopts the first class automatic production equipment and three-layer blow molding technology. All our HDPE geomembrane pond liner is produced according with GRI GM13 test standard.


Because of the geographical location and drought climate conditions, The HDPE liner is the ideal geosynthetic product for agricultural irrigation water storage. Irrigation hdpe liner provides an impermeable barrier for water retention superior to concrete or asphalt lining in both cost and lower permeability, So 1.0mm HDPE geomembrane liner is widely used for agricultural irrigation water storage.


GERUI customers used European-made geomembrane pond liner before. Considering the final cost and the quality, he asked for thickness 1.0mm ASTM standard smooth retention pond liner samples to test and inspection. Finally, he placed the order to us.

The four advantages of GERUI HDPE geomembrane for Irrigation water storage:

1.  Using GERUI's geomembrane can save the cost of concrete construction and labor costs. The cost of geomembrane engineering only accounts for 30%-40% of the cost of concrete.

2.  Geomembrane has better anti-seepage effect than other materials, which can improve the utilization rate of limited water resources and reduce the leakage and loss of water during transportation and storage. Geomembrane is laid in the diversion channel to reduce the loss of water during transportation.

3.  Add 2-3% carbon black to resist ultraviolet radiation and not be afraid of long-term sun exposure. Add LLDPE to make it still have good toughness in cold winter and avoid damage in extreme low temperature conditions.

4.  Because the geomembrane is a three-layer co-extrusion technology, some manufacturers use new materials on both sides, and use reused materials or even the materials to make plastic bucket in the middle. After long-term use, there is no problem on both sides, but there will be problems in the middle, such as tearing, and that time will need to replaced with large cost again. We won't do as them, because in 1998, that time we were famous for our high quality,the Chinese government asked us to co-write the geomembrane standard with Beijing.
